Winter Term 2020/21
Development of a market-entry strategy
Knowbody is an education-tech start-up with the mission of developing a sex education app for biology classes in secondary schools. Their goal is to de-taboo sex education and prepare information in a modern way that is available for everyone.
Together with 180DC Munich, they want to develop a market entry strategy so that they successfully reach as many students as possible, as soon as possible. As a first step, we will conceptualize possible business models for their offer, followed by the development of concrete action steps towards implementation for one of those.
So that neither teachers nor students feel embarrassed by sex education anymore. Because there is nothing to be ashamed of. And of course, also so that school lessons in the 21st century may one day become a bit more digital.
SOS Children's Villages
Improvement of budget planning through automatic budget analysis
Parentless and abandoned children find a new home in the SOS Children's Village. Five to ten girls and ten boys live together with their SOS mother in a family house. Ten to 15 families form a village community. For SOS Children's Village International, our consultants developed a tool in the summer semester of 2015 for automated analysis of the costs deviating from the budget, which will guarantee a high degree of transparency in the use of donations for financing purposes in the future.
